Good Evening!
I just put in about an hour on the model. Still making some detailed corrections to some of the pieces of the model, as I reassemble it. A bit tedious, but it is good to do things in a precise way. That has always been my approach to my work. In the end, doing things right pays big dividends.
Today was a tremendously productive day in my new business. I met the three top leaders in the business: Kody Bateman, Jordan something, and Demar Smith. Kody is the CEO, and Jordan and Demar are the company's two top producers. All were very nice and down to earth. I was impressed by the humility displayed by each. Since I blogged last night, I contacted at least ten people about the business. I haven't heard back from them, but I am not concerned. My approach is to send out good. As long as I do that, good will come back. My interest is in giving, not receiving. The receiving will be automatic if I truly give. That is a principle taught by Kody in his book, Promptings. I believe it to be true.
I hope to be able to focus on the model again next week. I plan to build my business, but also continue to do my architecture, and rewrite and re-release my book. Everything is moving along. I did contact the new owner of the development I am soon to be a part of. He got back to me within an hour, and said that he and his partner had discussed meeting with me in the near future. That is outstanding news. I am his Chief Architect/Master Builder. I am excited about the prospects, and continue to be focused and optimistic. This is happening, just as I have pictured it. That is what I continue to do: picture the outcome that I desire. I have also decided that the $2,000,000 spec house is ours. We furnish and decorate it, and then sell it before starting to build the Rosson House in the back of the development. Jan will have a ball doing this. We pay cash this time.
Life is wonderful! Money and opportunities come to us every day. We are blessed and grateful!
Thank you!
