I received a small architectural project today. It may be three weeks away, but it is a project. It is small, but will bring in something . . . and is the first architectural income in years. So how did it come about? I certainly can't 'prove it,' but to me it is evident that it is the result of my decision to hold my ground, and continue my lifelong career as an architect.
The truly exciting thing to me was (is) that this came after two and a half weeks of sticking with my commitment, and working hard every day to keep it. If there is one thing that excites me in life, it is discovering principles that work! So, I will continue to hold to my goals, and to hold to the belief that the goals I have set, the requests that I've made in prayer, will be realized in due time.
This is not unlike what happens when we place a seed in the ground. While its development is not visible to us, it is, in fact, proceeding. That is what we must remember: If we have made a decision to have or acheive a certain thing, and have remained focused on it, doing the work that is consistent with our commitment, the outcome is not in question. In fact, the 'die is cast' the moment we make the initial decision. All that remains is for us to remain in vibrational harmony with that decision. As we do, the outcome is not in question; our success is guaranteed!
I didn't get to spend as much time as usual on the model today, but I did work on it, and it was a great day! I will finish the front gable and at least the upper or lower detailing of the front porch tomorrow! It will be a great day for the model and for the project!
Good night all!
Mr. Wright
